Appears to have been purchased from Scott Catalog or Mystic Stamp Co., Inc. in Camden, NY by collector Ken Terry and donated to the UPIKE archives. The stamp was sent sandwiched within a folded instruction card from the Mystic Stamp Co, and the donor himself mentioned the Scott Catalog during email correspondence with the archivist.
