References: Scale 225 Feet to 1 Inch. All lots 25 feet wide, unless marked otherwise on plat. Garfield and Highland Avenues 50 feet wide. Broadway 60 feet wide. Broadway lots are 120 feet deep Garfield Avenue lots on West side are 125 feet deep, on East side, they are 121 feet deep. Highland Avenue lots are 121 feet deep on the West side and 123 feet deep on the East side. Cross streets west of Highland Avenue are 50 feet wide. Alleys are 14 feet wide.
